Whether you are a brand new user, an existing user interested in exploring new functionality, or just seeking a fast-start method to train other associates, these web-based sessions are designed to quickly transform you into a Tenant Pro power user.

Customer Success Package coursework is presented as separate sessions, beginning with an initial Orientation segment. Next you’ll advance to Setup training, followed by Basic Processes training.

  • Move-In Move-Out Wizards
  • Entering/Paying Bills
  • Using Paymatic - for management fees and owner disbursements.

The series concludes with a 30-minute One-on-One session scheduled by the customer for a convenient date and time. During this session users have the opportunity to ask specific questions or address issues related to their software and their businesses.
